Due to Tina's consistent exercise program tailored special just for me and my needs, and her gentle but firm guidance/instruction, I joyously and tearfully discovered on Feb 17 that I can now lay flat on my back on a mat and I can get up. You see, I hadn't been able to do that for 3 long years due to my lower back cracking and finding out I had compression fractures. Tina and I have worked consistently together on a regular schedule to strengthen my back and the result is incredible.
